• If you are dissatisfied with a service performed, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds or discounts may be provided at our discretion, based on the nature of the concern.
• Labor fees are typically non-refundable, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

• Refunds do not apply to parts or services damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors outside of our control. 
• Sale items and promotional offers are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

• Service-related refunds may involve offering a credit toward future services instead of a direct refund, depending on the situation.
• To initiate a refund request, please contact us at 432.247.1041, or visit our shop with your proof of purchase. All concerns must be first addressed with Pheonix before repairs are approved. Failure to inform Pheonix of service or parts failure prior to seeking additional repairs may result in the denial of refund eligibility.
